First, I never have issues with bugs. My service rep is always curious and lets me know when it is time for my service and when he will show up. After my service I get a report of what was done. I do think the cost is getting quite high but overall I am satisfied with my services.
I we had a problem with carpenter ants and now we don't see them anymore. We also don't see wolf spiders either and I know they are in the area.
Our technician, Nat, is great and always responsive to our needs or issues.
Jaime not only sprays outside my home, but he also sprays inside and never says no if I need for him to lift a packed storage container, or put in an out of reach lightbulb. I am trying to pack up my home to eventually move into a condo. I can't give him enough praise.
