The Terminix technition is always the same person who comes every 3 months. I appreciate that it’s always the same guy, Reuggie, because he is familiar with my property. He is always respectful and efficient. He sprays the exterior perimeter of the house, which keeps the bugs from entering the house.

I am very happy with the service that I received. My tech was very helpful in explaining and answering all of my questions. He is on time and very professional. I have suggested to my neighbors to switch to Terminix. They are currently Orkin customers.

I HATE taking the time to fill out these surveys!!!! From my doctor to my gardener, EVERYONE wants feedback. What a waste of TIME. Please stop sending out surveys EVERY time we have service.

For years Amir has been my technician and I couldn’t ask for anything better. He’s always on time, very professional, very thorough, and I trust him. A couple of months ago, someone else came out to do the service and I was not happy. I know Amir and trust him, please only send Amir to my house for service.
