He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers any questions I have, and makes sure everything is handled properly before he leaves. I especially appreciate that he goes the extra mile by removing spiderwebs around the property and taking care of early wasp nests before they become a bigger issue. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Thanks to Shane and the Terminix team, I feel confident that our home is well protected. Technician was courteous and efficient. He quickly addressed some issues we were having and reported the status of all of our mouse bates as requested.
My technician who came and did our treatment was amazing absolutely amazing even my boys were following him in amazement lol loved all the information and he was just awesome hope he is the only one who will ever come out to do our service because the first one who did our quote was a bit weird but the blue eye gentleman with the glasses who did our treatment chefs kiss and hope he gets a raise or promotion ✨

Honestly, because I was not giving them any benefit of the doubt due to not on exterminating but other businesses for is my first home and it made me feel very relaxed. Once they did their estimate of what they found or what I thought I saw and shouldn’t nothing but be very straightforward and honest and very respectful. There’s still some visuals of wasps and a couple other little insects, but that would be towards the next month when they come back for another spray.
Junior Gomez let me know when he was coming, came and dit the work, and sent me the report. Nice job.
