Joe was incredibly thorough while doing the termite inspection. He made recommendations for treating signs of fungus, and found no other activity. He did find a small leak in our propane line, which he promptly alerted us to and marked for us! Thank you so much to Joe - we had the plumbers out the next day to take care of it. Had Joe not found it, we never would have - we are grateful!

Friendly service
As I have reported several times previously, my service technician - Mark Cooley - is the best! He is knowledgeable and personable and he has taken excellent care of pest control at my address for many years. He always calls ahead regarding the appointment and arrives at the time he stated. I am especially grateful that Mark manages to keep my service fee as low as possible, as I am long retired and on a fixed income. That's my reason for staying with Terminix for so many years instead of shopping another company.
