Good technician, effective treatment
The work you perform is impeccable. It is a real comfort knowing we have your knowledge and protection. I do have one complaint and it is very frustrating. You have two maybe three sections to your company. We have pest control and termite traps and control. The billing is separate which is cumbersome. Your service people always think I'm a new customer because that is what your system tells them I am. Now, actually today, I'm having my attic insulated by Terminix. The man that came gave me a price which I agreed to. When he opened up his device to see my information, it said I was a new customer. We moved in 2023 and have been with you since then. I just paid for the pest control which was easy. A week later I was notified by either email or text that I have a payment due for the termite portion. It was confusing to me so I didn't pay it and will wait for a paper bill to come in the mail. I really wish you could consolidate and organize your systems.
