My regular technician, Salvador Vargas, is excellent. He knows all the quirks of my house and what special/different things need to be done, which is a big benefit of having a regular technician instead of a revolving door. I don't have to explain every time he's here, he remembers. Salvador is always on time, thorough, tells me everything he finds and does, and always reminds me that if I need anything, to just give him a call. Outstanding service.

There are other comparable companies providing this Service: HOWEVER, they DONT HAVE ZACHARY working for them. Zach has been with us, on behalf of Terminix, for ??? so long I cant remember. HE is the reason I gave a #10 rating because ZACH i a #20. His attentiveness, concern for specific avoidances and needs at our property, etc etc is unparalleled.

The reason I gave a 10 was because of Jason Koch who represents Terminex in a professional way. Always communicates and arrives in a timely manner. If I have other issues Terminex has been great about follow ups which I don’t have that often thankfully!

The technician was awesome and so was the inspector. Two individuals came out to my home, I had pavement ants and the technician made the treatment process very easy and fast while the inspector checked things around the outside of my home and they will do the inside too if needed. The Terminix guys were professional, knowledgeable and patient. I contacted the West Hartford location and very happy I did. I highly recommend!
