I gave such a positive review because of our technician, Manny Salinas. Manny has serviced our account for probably 20+ years, and he is the primary reason we have remained a customer for so long. So long as Manny services our account,I believe we will continue to use Terminix.

Although I think Terminex pricing has gotten way too high I have stayed with this company because Dave provides a really good service. Unfortunately I am going to need to switch companies as your pricing has escalated beyond my current budget.

Kyle is an excellent technician, reliable, thorough, and very competent.
Since I've been a customer for sometime I find the service good and the technicians very professional and knowledgeable.
Our technician Rich is always polite and very thorough in his job. Always communicates with us before arrival and after with everything he has done. Is willing to check things out and listen to any issues and offer insight to help. Haven't had any issues since he has come around if we do its finding something dead.
Overall I've had a good experience with Terminix. I haven't seen bug in my house since I started with them a couple years ago. Technicians are always professional and friendly. Only reason I rated a 9 rather than 10 is I've had poor response asking for follow-up service. I called to ask to have my house sprayed and made an appointment but no one ever showed up.
Another positive is as I went through a period of unemployment, the Houston Terminix worked with me and cut my rate in half for 2 services to let me get caught up. I was pleasantly surprised!
