Keno is a good tech. I wish there were more options of guaranteeing pest control inside my home because bugs are still getting in. I would like suggestions on what to do that I haven't done already.
Not sure why/how your technician missed the wasp or hornet nests at the second floor window. There were 'black widow spiders' in the backyard when my neighbor cut the grass. I'm not sure if that was an accurate report.
Otherwise all the technicians who have serviced my property over the years have done an excellent job. Thank you.
