My Technician Eric is great! He is always asking if he could do anything else. He does a great job!! Very nice and approachable.
The technician kept me informed as to his arrival time and completed his job at my home with no problems. He told me what he had found and what he had done. He asked me to put my dog up so that he could treat the premises and told me when I could let the dog back out safely.
Terminix has served my needs well and are reliable.

Victor was very professional. He listened to my concerns and ant problems. He addressed my concerns about having pets and what was being used. This was our 1st initial visit and was very pleased with how everything was done and addressed. Looking forward with Terminix doing our service.
I like the fact that if the technician is running behind schedule, they will notify you by text message or a phone call. And to add an extra dose of satisfaction the text message will include a map that shows their current location with an estimate of time before they reach your home. THIS is what I call EXCELLENT Service.

Always have great service technicians do a great job when taking care of pests around my home.
I always get a response back after being serviced that my home needs to be examined for termites, and I DO NOT have termites.
I have talked to the service person and again he tells me he did find any evidence of termite. I trust him must more than the report that is generated by your company
