I was about to cancel my contract with Terminix because I was Not please with my services but Michael was very attentive to my concerns and promised me that he would ensure that my issues would be taken care of. While inspecting the exterior, he also shared what he was looking for. This information helps me to identify and monitor potential pests around the home. Yes!
