He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers any questions I have, and makes sure everything is handled properly before he leaves. I especially appreciate that he goes the extra mile by removing spiderwebs around the property and taking care of early wasp nests before they become a bigger issue. Technician was courteous and efficient. He quickly addressed some issues we were having and reported the status of all of our mouse bates as requested.
Tim Seidensticker always does a great job. He will kill a wasp nest even before I notice it. Tim also makes sure he gets the ants when the come out in the spring. He took care of our cockroach problem too.
