I've been using Terminix services for at least 10 years now. All of the technicians have been friendly and professional, having completed all of our concerns (which are few)
although i was not happy with the customer service at first, both people i dealt with once i asked for what i needed were excellent and provided first rate service
hopefully the treatment will also be effective, but it was just done so i can't speak to that yet
We have worked with Kyle for several seasons now. He arrives on time, gets to work and does a thorough job. Upon completion he reports his findings to us and if necessary, makes recommendations.
