We are so pleased with our service from start to 1st treatment. When i called for information a representative named John helped me. He was so nice and helped me with all my questions. Patience and made me feel at ease asking what everythibg. His service was excellant. We had Ethan come out for our first appt. On time and was also very nice and listened to our concerns. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about our cocern. Wow you should see the results the first night. Bugs were dead. Drastic reduction in bug activity. I recommend this service to everyone that needs pest control. Also they were very affordable
Our technician Sam is professional and knowledgeable. He is responsive to our needs. The only reason I did not give a score of 10 is because the service rates are a bit high for us. We are seniors on a fixed income.
