I have used Terminix for 6 years and they have been great - from the reps on the phone to the guys who have performed my services at the house. I had the pest-repelling insulation installed ut in my house as well.
But recently, when it was time for my annual house inspection, it became very frustrating because customers cannot reach the local offices at all. I had three "no show" appointments for that inspection, all set up by the corproate office. Three times I waited at home for techs who never arrived. It was finally handled (but the LOCAL office!) and they were great, very professional as always.
I understand the money-saving aspect of a "central office" for a huge company, but not having any way to contact the local office is very aggravating in situations like that one.
Caitlin Vaughn is an excellent Service Technician. She is always on time, keeps me updated on her service and is very knowledgeable about pest control and informative about my service .

I love the service fast and reliable.I didn’t like the way the pricing choices were structured - somewhat confusing about how much treatment is actually needed to kill termites.I would definitely recommend to a friend but also recommend doing your own research too.

Mr Brown always let you know your schedule in advance via text, and what has to be done. Upon his arrival he notifies you, and after the service he sends you the report immediately.

I’m always alerted when the technician is coming and always given the opportunity to share pest concerns. The service has significantly reduced pest activity around the house. I get a report from the technician within minutes of service completion.
