Primarily because of Bryan, the Terminix technician who treats my home. He always contacts me when he arrives, he is thorough in his job, and he informs me of all the treatments he performs once he finishes. Could not be more satisfied.
Chase did a thorough job getting to all the corners of both houses, as well as outside treatments.
I give him a 10.
However, I put 9 because Terminix raised my monthly fee $7 without notifying me.

The young lady is always professional and polite. Her last visit she came to back door to tell me a snake was on front porch near door. Long story short she killed with my shovel and then male neighbor came and said not poisoness but he got rid of it. She was braver than me!!! Above and beyond service as far as I’m concerned. Their workers have always been considerate and respectful when they come to the house, even when the dog insists on their attention. He just wants to be petted. They have done an excellant job of keeping my home bug and rodent free. When I ask them to go up into the attic to check to see if their are any issues there. They always comply and if they can't, they will send someone else out to do it. I had squirrels in the attic a few years ago. I am pleased with their service.
I like the service, but the cost is at the breaking point of my budget.
