I've had Terminex for a couple of years now, and they've completely solved a problem with mice.
Brian was very attentive and thorough, and we discussed the need to watch out for bees and wasps.
The first techincian that came out did not reach out to us and did not put the barrier down around the house. Ic alled to have another person coem and finish the job. that technicain was wonderful, calledme twice, explained what he was doign and I saw evidence of it being done.
The person I talked to to have someone new coem finish the job or refund me was also very helpful.

We’ve had a great experience with Terminix, and I especially want to call out our service technician, Jim. He is absolutely top notch.
Jim is always professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers any questions we have, and makes sure everything is handled the right way. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and keeping our home protected.
It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so easy to work with, Jim is exactly that. Terminix is lucky to have him, and so are we. Highly recommend!

Terminix is responsive to our needs and every person I have talked to on the phone have been pleasant to work with. Brian, the tech who was here on Thursday was quite knowledgeable and answered my many questions on the ants we had and how to treat them. I really appreciated his time to educate me on why we have ants after 27 years in our house. The ants are going away and dying, such a relief!! We have had Terminix at our other house and the tech, Zach, has been awesome too.
