Since I have switched from Knox to Terminix, I have not seen one critter. Someone actually recommended i try terminix because of their bad experience with Knox also. Im glad I did contact you all. I dont know what's in that spray, but its getting the job done!!! Thank you! Walter and Xavier are awesome and are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I truly appreciate them. They have great customer service as well.
Like our technician, calls ahead night before, checks in upon arrival. Very good coverage of front and back yard.
Downsides: keep moving up my pest control date, scheduling home inspection without a request and price continues to rise

Terrible billing. Out of my 2 accounts, I am frequently getting harassed for payment on one. I have always asked for mailed bills, not online or emailed bills. I only pay by mail.
