The cost seems similar to the rates of other companies and I have been very pleased with Jimmy Dowhaniuk. I stay with Terminix because the same technician, Jimmy, comes each time. He is familiar with our property and is always friendly and competent. I trust him to do the right services and does not try to sell more services unless there is a need.

I needed some help with the ants and ant piles that I am constantly finding in my yard after the rain and he showed up and handled the problem. When I call yall hear me and answer and for that Im thankful.
I’m very happy with the insect division! That is the 10 score! But the Wildlife division is a joke. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I stopped their service while I still had service - but if they don’t respond, what good is a prepaid plan?

Matt is always so helpful. He explained to me about wasp behavior as we had a number of wasps assembling underneath our patio (likely a disturbed nest in the field behind us). He took care of the ones that were there at the time and gave me some tips for what to do if they came back.

The Terminix representative is informative and professional. He explains process clearly and makes recommendations. Terminix is effective but becoming more expensive which is concerning.
