The salesman, Malachi, was very professional and was not your typical pushy salesman. He was well-spoken and explained the contract in detail. He thoroughly answered all my questions. The technician, Nigel, came out two days later and was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly inspected and cleared all the wasp nests and cobwebs. My home is free of insects! A follow-up call came the next day, and I can’t remember the manager's name, but he was very professional and thoroughly went over my contract. He had a great personality! I will be a long-time customer.
