Casey Daniels is professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the pests that threaten to take over my home sometimes. I have saved bugs and asked him what they were and he always tells me what it is and gives me details about what attracts them, if they are seasonal, etc.

We give our service technician, Adam, an 11 ! He is just great.
What we don’t like is the automatic billing instead of paper - when I called and asked for paper billing - just told too bad for me!
Also we believe the woman who inspected our home at 5326 Grove Manor was not truthful and charged us $2,000 for very little and damage that wasn’t even there - your repair guys couldn’t find much to fix when we walked around the house with them!
