They were willing to come back to check my crawl space since they didn't do it on their precious visit. They were supposed to call me so I could give them access. I wasn't home at the time. There was a problem when I first called because the rep couldn't find any record of my account.
That was very concerning. After about 15 minutes she finally got someone else on the line who found the account right away.
