Our service tech, Kline Cable, is simply the best. He deserves a shout out every time he treats our house ~ always kind, polite, personable, thorough, knowledgeable. His supervisors need to know and reward him. My only complaint with Terminix is their pricing. It's too high. Frankly, I would look elsewhere if not for our service tech's exemplary service.
The people. The technicians really know their stuff. They care. Makes a huge difference. I love my Tech Vanessa. Nothing stops this women from getting the job five as well as explaining what she’s doing. As well as making preventative suggestions. Excellent.

Mark is excellent. Very professional, polite, and respectful. I had found a bug and I was afraid that it was a termite. He assured me that it was a flying ant. He always goes above and beyond. I have Quarterly pest control & Annual Termite protection with Terminix.

The cost seems similar to the rates of other companies and I have been very pleased with Jimmy Dowhaniuk. I stay with Terminix because the same technician, Jimmy, comes each time. He is familiar with our property and is always friendly and competent. I trust him to do the right services and does not try to sell more services unless there is a need.
Mr. Farmer is knowledgeable & reliable. You can count on Urban’s to answer your questions in understandable terms. Urban always responds to questions I may have & accomodates my schedule if a conflict comes up. I appreciably Urban & glad he treats my yard & home.
