Terminix representatives are always very polite and answer all of my questions when I call and speak to customer service. I've had this service over the last few years and I have never encountered a rude customer service representative.
The Terminix associate that comes to my home is always polite as well and works around my schedule. However, I would appreciate a few days' notice of when she will come so that I can make sure that I'm prepared for the visit. Usually I receive a text the day before, sometimes two days before, but if I could get at least a week in advance of when they are coming to spray, that would be even better. I work out of town and long hours so as long as I know when they are coming (days ahead), that allows me to clean up my yard and put away cat food and cat water bowls outside.
Aside from that, I have no other issues or concerns to speak of because I've been very pleased with the company's service and the cost. Terminix has worked with me when my finances were low in order for me to keep my service, which I truly appreciate. That is true customer service coming from a huge company. I am very satisfied with Terminix.

I was being invaded by outdoor ants. The Terminix Field Technician provided me with detailed information about the type/species of ant, recommended treatment and follow-up instructions.
Our technition is great, thorough and friendly. He calls before coming which I really appreciate since it is a rental home and I am generally not on the premises.
