The technicians are friendly and ask our need for anything . I am always impressed with your asking for our feedback. This time I have been under the weather, which is why I had not responded promptly. I also like seeing the pictures taken around my property.

Great communication is why I would recommend Terminex. I know what is being done. I can speak directly to the technician or main office . The cost of service is well defined. The treatment is effective. I have had zero high pressure extra services pushed on me. My concern are address completely and timely.

Dave does an excellent job representing Terminix. Sometimes I get a late notice saying a service will be tomorrow when I should be given a more advance notice so I can arrange to be there during the service.
