Juan Aldaco has been servicing our home for some time, and we couldn't be happier with his work. He always arrives prepared, professional, and ready to get the job done. Juan takes the time to clean cobwebs from the exterior of our home and is very thorough in his service.
What we appreciate most is that he explains what he is doing and why, which gives us confidence that our home is being properly cared for. Juan is always respectful and courteous to my wife and me, and he's even friendly and patient with our dog.

The service technician and the branch manager made my appointment happen on the day I needed it after customer service cancelled my appointment. It was for my daughter’s graduation party and they rearranged to get it done for us. I would have cancelled were it not for them bc the customer service call center is useless
Our tech in Wellfleet is very experienced, knows a lot about pests, topography, history and science--all of which help to make him effective. He is friendly and a good communicator.

We are pleased with the service and they always call and set up appointment around our schedule. If any issues after they leave, they encourage our to call them and they will address it. Our last terminex guy was new for us and he was so pleasant and helpful. Hope we get him again. Thank you
