Terminix was extremely fast in scheduling our regular technician, Scott Allen, to visit and address our sugar ant problem. In one visit and treatment the problem was resolved which was great because we had family visiting from out of town and didn't want sugar ants crawling across our kitchen counters.
My technician Joe is great. He's always on time. I appreciate that he reaches out ahead of time to see if there are any issues before he arrives, so he can address them if I'm not home.
