Had a problem with a tech. Talked to a Mgr. and hope the issue was resolved but have no way of knowing for sure. I have never had a problem with my normal tech First name removed. I also have a contract for termites which has gone up 70.00 since I have had the contract. The problem being is we were never informed of the increase and have the money automatically taken out of our account, which could pose a big problem. seems like there needs to be more communication when things change
