Friendly, great customer service
Response time was great! Was able to schedule appointment for the inspector the next morning and the technicians were there the day after that. From the inspector to the technicians, very professional, knowledgeable and showed concern to do the job right. I had called 3 other companies - two never showed up or returned follow-up calls and the 3rd wouldn't come out unless I signed a very expensive monthly contract and they didnt even want to evaluate the issue first.
I highly recommend Terminix, they are straight forward, you know what they are going to do and when. Thank you.
