I'm a longtime (many years) happy client! Our treatment specialist, Manuel, has been EXEMPLARY in pre-announcing his arrival for access and pet safety. He announces his actual arrival and requests any special info necessary, then proceeds with his very comprehensive treatment of our entire property! Since we are adjacent to a VERY large wild area, it's super importat to control vermin, ants, etc. which he does consistently very well. I strongly recommend Terminix!

Micheal is prompt, flags anything of concern, very responsive and a pleasure to interact with.
They do a good job of keeping bugs at bay, but communication is not that good.
They use to call and let one know that they were coming and leave a card if no one was home so you knew someone was there. They don't do that anymore.
In fact, this last time, I didn't even know the man was here. I was working on my back porch and when I came inside, I heard a noise and he was filling his tank at my outdoor faucet. He got in his truck and left. I never saw him in the back yard.
He wrote on his report that no one was home!
I received a notice of increase and a Terminix representative assisted in keeping my amount the same .

I have problems with you billing service. Too many times--NO EXPLAINATIONS. The last person who assisted me spent the time to investigate going back to 2024. I have been a customer since 2013. I was ready to leave unless someone got to the bottom of the problem. I refuse to utilize autopay because of your internal problems with billing and no way to trace things. Your score would have been a 5 if I hadn't had service with explanation on March 28th.

I like the service but my one complaint, when a rep text me they are coming out, they never list the address? I have three accounts!
