Terminix was very helpful, great at communicating, and showed up in a timely manner. There were still some spots where cob webs and wasps nests were left after recieving the treatment for removal.

Our service technician, Brenda Patton, is excellent and thorough.
My only complaint about the company is their problem with processing electronic payments. Every month, we get emails saying our payment didn't go through on our credit card. Several days later, it processes. There is not a problem with our bank (we have no problems with other auto payments), and I have spoken with multiple people at the company, and it still happens. Not only is the email a nuisance, but we also get a bill through the mail. It's a waste of time and postage.

Our Terminix Technician, GEORGE HEWITT, is always so professional, thorough, knowledgeable and timely. We never have to be concerned about the job being done half-way. In today’s world it’s not easy to find a company or an individual who honestly cares and takes a great deal or pride in the product they provide. Kevin always calls a few days before coming; is always on time; efficient; does an excellent job; responds to all questions and when we need attention to ants, spiders, and mice he takes care of it. We rarely have any issues with bugs or mice between scheduled services.
Mr. Higgins has been helping us for years. He notifies us when he's coming, tells us what he's done and lets us know when he's leaving. He's very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend him to anyone. JoAnne
