I'm always sent a text reminder of the date and time of the appointment. The day of the appointment you can see the technician's location and you get a notice of how soon he will arrive . They always come during the time period stated on the initial text message.
The technicians are polite and professional and do an excellent job. They will spray both the inside and outside of the house. Just let them know if you want both areas sprayed. Once they complete the job you get a text message and can download or print a copy of the final report showing the outside area they have sprayed/inspected

We really do like our Technician Michael who has been servicing us for a few years now. He deserves a 10 every time he comes.
The reason for my giving less than a ten is related to a huge problem we had with the Exclusion Service group we hired to close up our attic and remove and replace all the insulation in it. The bottom line is we were lied to by Terminix about the payment terms and length of payout causing us to have to find a way to make immediate payment rather than capturing the more favorable length of time offered to is for such a large bill. In attempting to resolve it with a manager through calls and email with not one response back from Terminix, my opinion of this company completely changed. Since then, I have seen many reviews from customers with the same experience.
It is a good thing we are served quarterly by Michael because he is the only good thing we have to say about Terminix and their management. I cannot and will not recommend Terminix for Exclusion or Termite service to anyone and will discourage it based on the lack of response to us as a customer for 18 years. Very shabby treatment.
