Service member was courteous, friendly, went out of his way to ensure I received his report via text message. Last time I was unable to open my report. He explained what he would be doing. Ensured the things he put in my yard were not harmful to my poodle. It was evident he wanted to please me, as well as, do a great and thorough job. I was especially pleased with my service person.

Deshon Evans is our technician and he is excellent. He notifies us in advance of our appointment and is always on time and very professional.
Excellent pest control technician. Haven’t had pest issues in quite some time. The technician we have we trust and she does a great job. She returns calls, she let us know a day or 2 before she is coming, she lets us know when on the way to the house, and she lets us know when finished. She is also my 1st person to call when I have a Terminix problem. She is the best Terminix employee I have ever seen and I’ve been with Terminix over 30 years. Deana is a great employee!!!!

She’s great. She has every equipment she’s fast she’s friendly. She’s neat and clean. I’ve had her a few times before and I’ve always been happy when I see her today. Be the to do the job, however after she was gone, I was cleaning and discovered My House is infested with termites once again we had it tempted when we bought it and it is so severe I don’t know how I didn’t recognize it sooner. This was not My Girl‘s regular time to come out, but she did a favor and came out sooner to control the cockroaches because I was in the hospital for two months. He couldn’t find anyone to claim for me so it is definitely not my Terminix tech that is in fault in anyway she’s very good. I would have her every time that determine Ins. Please use this as a request to heaven urgent visit to my home while there’s Stella house these things work fast thank you Joal Last name removed Phone number removed.
