Very attentive, always checks in to make sure we are good, and he works his best to try to keep all pest rodents out. He is an excellent part of the Terminex team. I’ve had 4 other pest control companies and so far with Adam he is the best tech I’ve seen.

For the past few visits I wasn't notified when the exterminator was coming. Originally I set up the visits for the second Thursday of the month but that hasn't been consistent. I understand that there have been some staffing changes however I'm hoping we can get back on track.
Also there is a credit card on file yet I keep receiving invoices and have yet to receive the receipt for Invoice #Phone number removed for 3/23.
Please charge the card on file and be sure and email me an inspection report and a receipt of payment after each date of service.
Tanner Battenfield does a fine job. He always asks if we have any issues and takes care of them promptly. Makes suggestions as he sees a need.

Because of my technician Jeffrey Nichols. I used to be on First name removed Williams route and he was awful and lazy. I requested a new technician and if it weren’t for Jeffrey, I would’ve cancelled my service.
