Rob is one of the nicest people I have ever met and does a great job!
They do a good job checking for mice and bugs. When I first started with them I had a carpenter ant problem, no longer have the problem. I also started a mouse problem, again not a problem since.
For the past few visits I wasn't notified when the exterminator was coming. Originally I set up the visits for the second Thursday of the month but that hasn't been consistent. I understand that there have been some staffing changes however I'm hoping we can get back on track.
Also there is a credit card on file yet I keep receiving invoices and have yet to receive the receipt for Invoice #Phone number removed for 3/23.
Please charge the card on file and be sure and email me an inspection report and a receipt of payment after each date of service.
