He is very dedicated and will inform us if anything needs attention on his visit. I feel as though my technician is well versed in the areas of pest control, and has kept most of the pest that I have had in the past at bay. We live in an area surrounded by desert / mountains and we have had various types of pest from scorpios, snakes, ants, crickets, etc. And while the have not been entirely eliminated there are fewer than we have had in past with our previous pest control company. I have found the staff of SOS to be most accommodating and willing to take care of any concerns. SOS also handles my Termite control and I am happy to say that so far we have not had any reoccurance of termite sightings in many years..

It was great to have technician Edwin addressing our pest issues. He was very thorough, inquiring with us about our pest issues, surveying our premise for issues and then addressing the pest issues. Our Ant problem has been addressed, thank you Ed.

I feel the Terminix cost for basic pesticide service is too high - overall inflation and high prices for basic needs has skyrocketed and Terminix has not take that into consideration with its pricing for customers. Please consider reducing costs and help consumers who are barely making ends meet - if not we may have to drop our Terminix service and look elsewhere.
My service technician (Randy Wong) arrived on time as scheduled. He listened to my concerns and gave me feedback on his work. I appreciated his detailed attention to addressing the ant problem and as of this writing, the ants have not come back.

technician is always very friendly and does good job．
I was not satisfied with my last service. Josh was great however he did not do a complete job compared to services in the past. He only sprayed the door openings and a few sprays here and there. Usually the tech sprays all along the walls and pretty much ever square inch of my basement and garage. Tech's in the past usually take 20 to 30 minutes to complete service, Josh was finished in 5. Josh was friendly and nice I just was not happy with the overall service.

Mr. Higgins is very friendly and has been coming to my house for years. He does a great job.
The Terminex worker, came and did the work the Salesman, stated they would. They were respectful of my property, ensuring the multiple gates were properly locked when they left. My dogs were well taken care of while the work was done. They were let out of the barn once it was safe for them to be back in the main yard. The removal of the spider webs, made my house look great! I was emailed a copy of the report, including photos, as soon as the work was completed. I am looking forward to their next visit.

This is second home of ours that Justin Keefer handled. Excellent representative for Terminex. Communicated with me before he arrived to let me know his schedule and after the appointment to know the status. Very knowledgable and willing to take time to answer my questions and address issues. Highly recommend.

Technician was friendly and when I asked about a pest that we were having in the bathroom, he immediately identified it and brought in a solution that seems to have eliminated the problem.
Justin Keefer is excellent. Very knowledgable, addressed all questions and issues I brought to his attention and very personable and friendly. I would recommend him highly.
