Prompt and thorough
I was pleased to work with Trent on getting a bid for all the pests in our Tahoe Cabin. Trent was extremely attentive and patient. He did a great deal of work for us and even called at 7:00 at night regarding the issue. The man works hard and the company is lucky to have him.
Terminix is thorough. The one flaw is that the company is so big, I had to get passed through several agents before I could talk to an actual exterminator.
Praise - Terminix technicians have the expertise and effort to get things done. My mother had a bad infestation of rats that Terminix dealt with traps, wire mesh, and borders. The infestation is gone but even so, we are constantly vigilant.
Suggestion - We seem to get a new technician with every visit. I don't know if they are aware that my mother is 99 years old. That she has caretakers. That she will probably not open the door if she is without them. That appointments are better after lunch than before. I urge Terminix have a MUST READ folder with that information so they can adjust appropriately.

I have not noticed any ants in my kitchen or anywhere else in my home. Which means the technician is doing a fantastic job in treating the outside areas of my home.
