Our technician Richard Thomas is very reliable and accommodating. He always communicates when he’s coming and is always available for any needed extra service. I just text him and he will respond right away and set an appointment time that works for me. He is always pleasant polite and courteous when he arrives.

The technician Robb ,was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the bee situation. He quickly saw there were more bees around and took care of the situation. By the way he came back later that afternoon to make sure everything was good.
Overall I was very pleased.

The tech is courteous, friendly, and usually
informs me when he arrives that he will be treating our property. The treatment works as we have no termite damage and fewer bugs.

Satisfied customer. So far, we have not had any problems in our property. Shoutout to Ben, who do the pest control regularly and Robert Terry who do the mosquito control service. Both men are very diligent in their work and very respectful of our property. They always check all the sides and corners. They text ahead to keep me informed of the schedule. Thank you.

Since. I have been having Terminix routinely service my home, I haven’t had any problems at all. The exterminator comes and makes sure that everything is sprayed and checked to prevent any insects from entering my home. I am truly pleased.
