Mostly pleased with Terminix. Unhappy with the effort required to get assistance with my rodent problem that I paid Terminix almost $9K to help me solve.

Greg always notifies me of when he is coming and what he's doing. I trust him all of the time and he make sure that he checks out things and then asks me what I wanna do. He is always polite and always answers my questions about if there is something that I should be aware of and to look out for and he always reassures me when he takes a look at what I have asked him to and always has a wonderful answer that helps me feel very secure

Technician Jason Salyer is outstanding!
I do rate the billing process a much lower rating. Each year, I pay the full year in advance taking advantage of the 5% discount in doing so. But, I end up getting a notice at the end of the year that I owe money because Terminix did not adjust account for the 5% discount. I just got a billing notice that I owe $23 again. I have to call Terminix each year & get them to adjust the account.
