I don't like the fact that I am not notified about an appointment until a day or two before it is scheduled. There are times that the scheduled times are not convenient for me and I then have to hassle to get a conventient time for me. Also I found out the night before my appointment that the technician I had for about 15 years had left Terminix. I should have been notified long before that.
