Appointment was easily made. Tech was very thorough and answered all questions. My only concern was the cost. It was more than double what I expected. And, the gentleman that gave me my quote offered monthly payments but neglected to tell me upfront that it had to be a minimum of $5000 to be able to be financed. That came later when I started asking questions. It didn’t make sense for me to pay over $2000 extra just to be able to make monthly payments. I rely on honesty and transparency, and this fell a bit short.
Adrian Johnson was GREAT. He went above & beyond our expectations! My only issue was the online scheduling. It was easy to schedule but hard to ask a question & get a helpful response from the chat feature.
