The technicians who came out were very courteous and helpful. But scheduling appointments has been the main issue. I had to call thrice for a termite treatment appointment and I was told no appointments were available and someone would call. No one called, but someone showed up unannounced 3 weeks later. Thats not ideal at all

Probably would have been a "10" but I still have a bad taste in my mouth for when Terminix agreed to do some work to waterproof our Greenhouse. It was terrible, and the Regional guy came out and agreed and refunded it...but then we had to start over from scratch.
