One word - Harrison. He is great, kind, knowledgeable and a thoughtfully engaged employee who listens to my concerns and treats me with respect. (And does laugh when I tell him I am essentially afraid of every rodent and insect he deals with - which I appreciate). Whatever you are paying him, it isn't enough :)
I was concerned when I received a flyer or ad in the mail but I already had set up a new plan when j had first moved in to our new home. She explained that to me and put me at ease.

Main reason is because I have definitely noticed less insect activity since I have had Terminix service. Technician is friendly and easy to work with. It would be nice to get reminders of upcoming service dates further in advance, like a week before the service date
