Dates of service are delivered to clients in the same day or day before without input from clients. The client must call to revise the date if he or she is unable to have the service on that day.This is often burdensome and inconvenient.

Any time I have experienced any pest issues Pedro has been my emergency contact and has responded with urgency every time. He is truly an asset to Terminx and an amazing technician to have. The work was quickly scheduled after the inspection. The team worked very diligently and with care to complete the work. Both inspector who made initial inspection and operations manager responded to questions in timely manner. We are very satisfied with the completed job.
