Great representative who communicates his arrival date/time and services that he will be performing. When you meet him upon his arrival his people skills are excellent. He makes you feel like you have a friend in the business!!
My technician Nick is always kind and willing to help when I have a concerns or need help between my scheduled service.
He always will give me a heads up when my service date is coming up. I don't always get to see him when he comes, but Nick is always friendly and will have a small chart he's here.

well they give great service, we have had an issue with bed bugs, and they did a thorough spraying about 2 months ago, and have come back twice for issues, and we are still having some issues with them, and will be contacting our tech to see what can be done, and they come around to spray for other issues, termites, and other bugs, which we havnt had any issues with.

Good service, product is working
The tech came at the time p;lanned, and treated the wasp nest. he also chekc ed the crawl space.
He promised to set a date in 2 weeks to retreat the nest in case some wasps are still alive. I am allergic and can't go near the nest to see if it is still active- the stings I got sent me to the ER.
I hope he does set up the two week date, I want to know when it is.
I get a call to let me know when to expect them.
