Patrick Tamba Joseph provided excellent service when he visited my residence. Did a thorough inspection of the exterior of the residence as well as performed his normal anti-pest applications. Patrick also came into the residence and collected pest tents in the basement as well as laid down fresh tents. Patrick is professional, personable, and goes the extra yard to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied with the service.

The pricing is a little high, but if it weren't for our technician (Dan Williams), I might be searching for a different alternative. Being retired, our pay doesn't go up each year so at times, it's a little hard to keep up with rising prices. But with Dan's persistence of the spider situation we have, he is on top of trying to get rid of them. When you have brown recluce in your house, you just want to get out.
