Our technician does a really thorough job spraying for different bugs. He also takes care of any issues we may have like around the side door. where more insects are and around the gates where spider webs form. He takes care of these any issues we mention. We do appreciate his attention to our property.

I was happy with the service for my issue regarding rats. Eric Jerome explained everything and handled the problem.
What I'm not happy with is that Eric told me someone would be here on July 1st between 12 and 2 to inspect the areas and see if the rat was caught. I texted Eric and called him when know one showed he didn't respond. I then called Terminx and was told no appointment was scheduled to return. Why would someone tell you there is a follow up and then there isn't???
I'm just wondering now if the follow up for two weeks is going to occur? I'm s widow and expect the service I was told I would get!
My “Bug Guy” Charles is awesome! He always gives me a heads-up before he comes out, he answers all of my questions, and is very knowledgeable. I haven’t seen a living bug in my house for several years! Whatever Charles is doing works! Thanks Charles and Terminix!
