Primary reason for my score, is that we are very pleased with the Terminix technician that has been providing us service. He's timely and flexible, very customer oriented, and listens to any insect related concerns/issues that he is able to assist us with and makes recommendations or provides further advisement as may be needed.

Terminix employees are very professional, and and Polite. They check with the home owner before they spray around your house to see if there's any issues that they need to address other than their regular treatment. You recieve a written report of any issues they they feel you need to address. I Highly recommend Terminix for any bug or rodent issues you have.

Mia (the customer service representative) I spoke with on the phone was so nice and helpful. She helped figure out a service plan that would fit my mom's budget. The technician (JOEL CALHAU) was as equally awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable about how to get rid of the bees. I will always use Terminex for my pest control!!

Sean is the reason for being very satisfied with Terminix. I had planned on finding another pest control company due to my previous experience with my attic cleaning and insulation replacement. But after talking to Sean during quarterly pest service I noticed he is very informative, polite and explained the purpose of each treatment.
Sean was also effective in finding where the mice were getting into my garage and resolved the problem. Since I am very uncomfortable with bugs/pests, I feel good having Sean manage my house pest control.
