Terminex Techs are Professional and do outstanding job. Terminex Billing Department is not. They try to bill old cards or not at all. Then you receive a collection notice. Aside from arguing with the billing department the Techs are awesome.

We hired Terminix for a wasp problem and they took care of the problem and were vigilant about it.
While we appreciate the good and prompt service, we find it is expensive.
While we are very pleased with Enrigue’s service; in fact, he is very responsive and timely, the billing group is a bit aggressive. My husband pays timely and does not appreciate the multiple reminders before and after the bill is received/paid

My tech Kaurice Loop has always been very professional and knowledgeable when addressing my needs. He is prompt and through when he services my house. I have had my service with Terminix for a while and Kauprice has been my Tech as long as I can remember and he keeps me continuing my service with your company. We need more like him. I always refer my friends and family.
