I have been working with my Terminix technician, Jason Baba, for about 20 years now on different properties. He is always lets me know when he will be coming by to service the property, when he is done, and answers any questions I might have.

Communication is excellent with pre-text appt, technician states what he is focusing on, responds to my concerns, lets me know when he arrives on the property, completes the job with what he has done. Always asks, is there anything else I can do for you.
Henry Chin is always here when he says he will be here. He calls and lets us know.
