Mitchell was the best exterminator I have had yet... He was totally thorough even sprayed the outside of my house like no one has ever sprayed it before. I had tiny little ants on my counter in my kitchen and since he sprayed I have not seen one.. He was a kind man and very caring about my complaining. The world should be filled with more people that are very caring about other people's problems like Mitchell... 100% I would love to have him always spray my house...

We were recently on vacation and received a call from the person checking on our house that we'd had an ant infestation likely caused by the rain. I called Schendel and soon after received a call back from Mauricio. He dropped everything to take care of the issue. He has been treating our house for a while now and I trusted him to handle the situation without us present. I was able to allow him into our house remotely and he fixed the problem long before we made it home. It was very impressive how quickly he sprung into action to fix the problem.
Service was quick and easy. Settings up a continuing service will help with remembering future treatment.
Glenn is always service-oriented, letting me tell him where I want my yard to be treated because ants are a real problem!! We traveled out of the country for two weeks, and I appreciated that Sandwich Isles called and could wait until we returned. I did see some ants on the outside of our house, so Glenn was sure to treat the windows and areas where they were seen. I have seen far less ants inside our house since Sandwich Isles has started coming bimonthly. Thank you! Our mango tree and banana tree area are problems, but because these are edible, only bait could be used. Glenn said that rain negates the bait, though. It rained really hard a few hours after he left. Shucks!!

Bevu Ratu is the reason. He is so friendly and helpful. He always lets me know the night before when he's coming. He rings the doorbell when he gets here to let me know he's here. He asks if there are any places he should pay particular attention to while here.
