We love Carlo, and Francis was good too. Never any issues with our normal service. We did have some big issues with our rat service that left us questioning whether we wanted to stay with Terminex. It was eventually remedied but left a bad taste in our mouths. I can’t say enough good things about Carlo though. He’s fantastic and we really enjoy working with him.
Ed has been coming to my house quarterly for several years. He will also come between visits anytime there is an insect issue. He is always on time and very thorough. Friendly and polite!

The actual Service was excellent, but the online scheduling was a problem.
I scheduled an appointment on-line for 09/11/2026 | 10 AM-12 PM to deal with an ANT infestation indoors. I got an email confirmation. However, No One came.
Then I called and asked for a special treatment and tried to coordinate with the regular quarterly service that the website showed was supposed to be 9/15 3-5pm. The phone agent said they couldn't give me information about when the regular service would be. I asked for the special visit for the ANT problem to be 9/15 3-5pm.
The Terminix Tech came early on 9/15 and was very helpful but didn't seem to know that we had requested the indoor ant treatment in advance.
Efficient, great customer service.
