The person coming to my house was very polite.
He asked for my specific concerns, wanted to see and identify the ants I was complaining about. After finishing the job, he asked if I saw the ants in any other places and wanted him to treat those places too.
He checked the mouse traps to see if the baits were consumed and replenished them too.
What else would a customer want other than answers for her concerns?
It would be a 10 if someone would go under the house to see if an animal has done some damage.
