Came here quickly, did a thorough investigation, came back the next day made all the repair work and set a trap for our racoon guest. Raccon was trapped over night, critter catcher came back the next day, removed the trap qnd the racoon and we haven't had any issues think. He delivered everything he said he would do and more. Very detailed and investigative survey in ridding mice in my home. The Investigator was so knowledgeable in mice and their how they explore and live in my home. He took pictures that documented what he was seeing. I was very satisfied!
