The technician who services our location, Kyle McLaughlin, is very proactive, listens to concerns and always has a smile on his face when he comes to visit. Also, Zachary Long and Joseph Barrett have been very helpful with correcting billing issues and ensuring we had a technician show up on a consistent basis.
scot is a very good guy. He takes care of us very thorough always calls me in advance to make sure that it’s OK. Everything‘s good. I’ll be there in a little while very trustworthy.
I have been Terminix's customer for many years with multiple properties and currently it is only one at 2311 Keaton Chase Drive in Fleming Island.
The local branch manager is Michael Speth and the technician Reggie Patterson. Mr. Patterson has been coming to my house for years. He always goes above and beyond of his call of duty. he is very polite, takes his time to do an excellent job, and answers all questions and concerns.
I was assisted by Mr. Speth on a few occasions. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and he really listens to a customer.
I would appreciate if Mr. Patterson and Mr. Speth are acknowledged accordingly.
