Tech contacted me a couple of days prior to date of service that he was coming to advise what time he would be here. Then contacted me on the date of service to advise that he was on his way, contacted me when he arrived. Did the service and advised what he found, and that he was leaving. Very professional and courteous.
Never had any problems with Gregory until last month. Rep came out and I wasn’t here. Granddaughter was but he didn’t treat home. Said he would reschedule. I received my bill already and haven’t had service completed. I understand why rep wouldn’t stay with me not here but shouldn’t have gotten my bill till service completed. Still hasn’t been rescheduled.

Our technician, Greg Atkinson, has worked with us for years and has been absolutely amazing. Great guy who does great work.
I will say that if it weren't for Greg my score would definitely be lower as billing is a bit of a nightmare. At least once a year I get a bill when I know I'm paid up and its painful to call in and try to get it sorted. Not sure why this is the case (one time one of the people I talked to said you'd bought other companies so maybe thats why?) but in any case that certainly seems like a process that needs attention. But Greg certainly makes it all good from our perspective.
