Through the past in one address and through the present address the communication with the service techs in both Pest and Termite has been efficient, professional and complete. All issues have been taken care of and in the older wooded area the garage has trapped any mice salamanders, spiders that enter. Cobwebs under the high ceiling front and around the entire home is inspected and webs removed. Spraying has eliminated ant access viA deck, doorways, and windows. Thank you for your service.

Henry Howell is our Terminix technician and he is the primary reason for your high score of “9”. He gives us a “heads-up” about what day/time he is coming; he communicates with us when he arrives; and after he sprays. He is observant and lets us know if he sees anything that we should be aware of. I find dead insects around the perimeter of our house after he has sprayed.
