He gives me advance notice so I can rearrange my scheduling or postpone to another date if needed. He also lets me know if he’s coming a little earlier or later than originally planned. First off, Gary is the best technician ever and unless he retires or is promoted out of field service, you will lose my business if he is removed from the route I'm on.
Second, consider this my last and final survey. I have told you too many times how I feel about Gary and I don't expect it to change. My non-response to your requests for feedback should NEVER be an indictment of him, I'm just sick and tired of surveys.

Shannon is my hero! He went above and beyond for me when he was here. He ended up finding a dead rabbit and took care of it for me so I didn't have to. This isn't even the first time he went above and beyond for me. He also educated me about a praying mantis that he found on my porch. It was cool seeing it and I had no idea that they were protected so his knowledge was extremely helpful. I would recommend Terminix because of him.
