They contact me when they are coming and they send me pictures of what they did.
Except for the fact that I've been a client since 1989 the monthly charge continues to increase. I have in the passed thought about other companies that would not be charging me so much. I have not done this yet but may. This is not a threat. I have spoken to someone a few years ago that assured me my monthly bill would not exceed $100 and thats not happening.

After over a decade of outstanding service, we were subjected to fraud, deception and elder abuse in order to trick us into purchasing two additional pest services we didn't need. When applying termite spray to our newly painted home, the white powder ruined our coffee-colored trim. A representative and helper came out to remove the powdery substance, but the paint sheen had been destroyed. Terminix agreed to cancel the two contracts, but our credit card was charged over $100 a month for services that were never provided through the cancelled contracts, for four months. Resolving this problem became a part-time job, with no resolution provided by Terminix. The Service Representative stopped returning my calls, texts and emails so I spoke to the District Manager. Try and he might, he could provide no help in solving any of our problems. Ultimately, we cancelled our credit card and now are considering taking Terminix to Small Claims Court to get our money back and to force Terminix to repaint the trim they ruined with their termite spray. We will be posting our review with Yelp, Google and any other platform in order to protect others from being subjected to illegal sales practices and such damaging experiences.
