arrives on time and treats my mom's home with
respect. He's extremely knowledgeable about not
only the pest that we don't ever have, (a
wonderful thing) but the products that he uses.
He also takes his time to explain everything in
terms we can understand.
To us, Mr. Thompson truly takes pride in his work
and genuinely cares about whether or not we are
satisfied customers.
I have been happy with the service. If I call about ants in my house or bees under my flower box or a hive, they usually get here the same day or the next day.
