Accurate, quick and trustworthy. I don’t have bug problems. I use Terminix so I won’t have any. I have used them for years. Started way back in KCMo when my Mom couldn’t seem to get rid of both gs in her home. They got rid of the bugs and I’ve been using them ever since. I’m now in Texas and I continue using them.
The technicians are always friendly. They arrive in the time frame they schedule which is important to me. There have been no pest issues reported so their chemicals are doing the job.
Pedro is a great! He always tells me when he’s coming, and gives me a detailed invoice about what he did. He removes wasps nests and takes care of all the other critters. I appreciate his service with great smile ! Thank you!

Years ago we had a few bedbugs in an upstairs bedroom and contacted Terminix. The service rep came and treated the room and the bugs slowly went away. A few weeks later these pesky critters returned and Terminix came back at no charge and retreated the room and drilled areas in the walls to further eliminated these pests. We recently had them in a downstairs bedroom and of course we "bombed" the room 3 times in a week, plus other bedbug home treatments, but these critters were persistent. I contacted Terminix once again and the whole house was treated. The technician was knowledgeable and great at his job. No bugs found in the other 3 bedrooms. We are monitoring the treated room, and I read where the bedbugs can still show up for several days after treatment. There have been a couple spotted 5 days after treatment but we are giving the 2 week recommended time to see if we need to call again. Thanks.

Years of friendly and reliable service, though the cost seems excessive for the relatively short amount of time our technician needs to be here. On the other hand, they have warned us of leaks they've seen from plumbing while servicing our crawlspace, something we'd have easily missed until the leaks grew worse.
The tech who came did a very thorough job, answered all my questions. Overall just did a very good job!
