I like the way the service person sends a text letting me know they are on their way to service my house. They continue to engage with me during every step of the process. When the service is finished, they also sent me a message letting me know what they found and how they fixed it.

Prompt visits for standard pest control. Additional service if infestation is noticed (i.e. ants or roaches due to rain trying to come inside). Work around our hours of operations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great customer care online that is very helpful with any questions or concerns.

Great service but I have to keep threatening to drop your service in order to have the price stay reasonable. If you stopped jacking up the price every few months until it was completely ridiculous you’d get a 10.
