I have been a customer since the 90s at various addresses. Terminix always does a good job of keeping pests under control. Their service people are friendly and thorough and keep us informed as they do their inspection and spraying. I like that they will return if pests come back after they sprayed, without charge.

Brian Cudahar provides us with great customer service. He deserves a 10 for his excellent care of providing great service to us over the years.

Jonathan gives us excellent services. Treated the ants in our master bath and bedroom. Always friendly. He deserves a 10. However I gave an overall 9 as Terminix prices have gone up and are becoming more expensive.

Customer service, professional, and we have used Terminix since we built our house 20 years ago! Our technician is Larry and he's the best! However, if Larry is out on vacation or somebody else shows up they have the same customer service!
Our Terminex representative was a very nice man. He came on time. He explained what he would be doing and he did exactly that. He provided us with his card so we could call him if the ant problem didn’t go away. He provided us with sticky window and floor traps. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service.
