Our Terminex people who come to the house are all excellent! We are pleased with each of them.
The only reason I did mot give Terminex a 10 rating is because we don't have a local office now. We have to call an 800 number,, talk to someone at a call center, wait for a call back from someone, & have to wait for an appointment. It was much more personal when we first started with Terminex, when there was a local office & you cpuld call directly to it. The
system now is not smooth and we often have to
explain our problem more than once.
It can be confusing since we have our
pest control person, our termite person, & our crew who take care of our de-humidifier under the house. Please note that our service people are top-notch. We are happy with all of them.
Oir issue is the need to go through a big call center that often gets things mixed up. It does seem lile that is improving, though.
