I think pricing is high! Pricing gets higher every quarter BUT Harry is wonderful! We are so thankful for his heard work, attention to detail and going above and beyond.
Have been using Terminix for many years and have always been pleased with the level of service provided by our technician, Manuel. Manuel consistently makes contact before a service visit as well as following up after service is completed. In addition, he is always been available if we run into any specific pest problems.
If I have an issue the technician readily resolve the matter as with the last visit when I had small ants inside the house. In most incident, I don't have to be home for service ti take place and that is a plus. Techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. A little pricey, but, otherwise great service.

While Terminex is a little expensive, our service person was very thorough. He explained what he was doing and took his time to do what he needed to in order to insure we were satisfied. He was safe. Wore PPE. And was considerate of my time by taking care of the inside and having me lock up and then he did the outside work. I had my dogs with me so they didn’t have to wait long in the car.
