Our tech always updates us when he is arriving. Does a good job and sends a report when he’s finished the job.
My technician is very professional, and he lets me know when he's arriving. Once he is completed, he gives me a report.
The technician sends texts to give appointment info, then to say he is on the way. He will check inside the house if I ask. Have not had a rodent problem for years.
Termite contract prices are way expensive. Now they only check the bates once, twice a year. All the services rates go up to much every year.

My Terminix team is the best. They are communicative and reliable and always get the job done!
I gave a 10 for my score. The reason is that the tech Robert Coper is the best! He understands customer service as well as pest control. Robert always sends me a reminder of the upcoming visit, is polite, shows up when he says he will (also texts when he is on his way here) and does a great job of preventing pests and eliminating pests. He is also aware that we work nights and sometimes needs to be quiet of others sleeping, Robert is a true professional.
Hopefully your other staff is as good as Robert Cooper!!! He deserves a raise and 5 gold stars!
