years ago ants were a big problem in my home and on the outside property. Wet weather saw them entering my home.
I subscribed to Terminix for quarterly treatments. Outdoor treatments were all that were needed to end the problem. I still have a small population of ants on the borders of my gardens but that's just fine. Ant treatments help keep the balance needed for the overall insect population without getting overrun.
I've had a termite inspection. No problem there.
I also don't have a rodent problem.

The main reason I am still with Terminix is because of my guy who services this account. I’ve been offered monthly service for less money. Frederico is very carful where he sprays. I have fish ponds and he is excellent, a complete and knowledgeable technician Plus a pleasant person.
If he is gone, so am I.

Despite giving a good score, I am concerned that your treatment has been and may continue to be inefffective. All packages of bait in the bait stations appear to be intact before the treatment. It appears that this bait is not attracting the rodent population and is doing nothing. This is consistent with the extensive damage and droppings I found late last week.
I understand regulations; however, application of ineffective rodenticide is a waste of effort and money.
