I had a few questions for Jerry Coker. He explained when and how termite stations that are on my property are treated and monitored and when it might take place. He also explained the benefits for treating during the winter especially since snow and ice are still present. I also had a question about my statement where it indicated a concern. He explained this process too.

I love Terminex. I just don’t like when the service people come out and they leave without talking to me about what they did. The last service that I had he left in like ten minutes or less. I didn’t know that he left. Until I received the text.
There was a lot of snow, so there’s no way that he was able to see anything. I just want to stay abreast of everything that is going on. Because I love your company that’s why I gave a nine. I felt like giving a five.

The technician that comes to my house, Jay is excellent. He always notifies me when he’s coming when he notifies me. He’s here in a few minutes. He does a good job. I never have any problems with him. He’s in and he’s out. He notifies me of when and what his findings were I’m very pleased with him. I think you have an excellent employee in this man and you should you know not worry about what too many other people say because he does a great job.
