They notify you when they are coming and what they plan on doing. Once they have completed the service, you receive a text message and email on the findings if any. That is exceptional service.

When the gentleman came out to get us to sign up for Terminix, he said they could reach the top of our house to get a nest. When they came to spray they said they didn't have anything that could reach that high. The employee that came was very nice and actually came back to spray inside and in the room avove the garage.
